Standard 1-2 day delivery is free over £39.99. If you need it guaranteed super-speedy, we offer premium services too. Whichever delivery option you choose, we prioritise fast dispatch and excellent service to put a smile on your face every time.

It’s our mission to make gifting easy for you. Choose our gift wrapping service for just £3.99 and we will carefully wrap your purchase so it’s ready to give on delivery. We can also send direct to your recipient, just fill in the details at checkout. Want to include a message with your gift? No problem, we’ll write it by hand for free, just let us know what you’d like to say. And don’t worry, no price information is ever included in our packages.

Standard UK Delivery

  • Free on orders over £39.99 (£4.99 for orders under £39.99).
  • Delivered in 1–2 working days via fully trackable DPD.

Next Working Day UK Delivery – £7.99

Order by midday (12 noon) Monday–Friday for next working day delivery (excludes weekends and public holidays). Fully trackable and includes all in-flight options above.

Saturday Delivery – £9.99

Order by midday (12 noon) Friday for Saturday delivery. Fully trackable with in-flight options.

Royal Mail Delivery – £3.99

For smaller orders only:

  • Usually dispatched same or next day.
  • Delivery may take up to 5 working days during peak times.
  • Includes email dispatch confirmation with tracking (limited updates until delivery).

Click & Collect – Free

Collect your order from Narborough Hall during opening hours:

  • Mon–Sat: 9 am–5:30 pm
  • Sun: 10 am–5 pm

How it works:

  • Select "Store Pickup" at checkout.
  • Wait for a confirmation email before collecting.
  • Most orders are ready within 2 working hours (subject to stock availability).

We offer limited overseas delivery. Please contact us before ordering to check availability in your region. Please note:

  • Import duties and customs fees may apply in your country, payable by the recipient.
