We are so excited to invite you to our very first workshop at Narborough Hall! This is something we’ve been wanting to do for a while and we’re thrilled to be kicking things off with a Spring Basket Decorating Workshop on Sunday 9th March at 4pm. Click [here] to book your place

Spring is the perfect time to try something new so why not join us for a wonderfully creative afternoon decorating the loveliest spring basket?! It makes a perfect gift basket to fill with goodies for Mother’s Day or Easter or you can just enjoy it as a beautiful seasonal decoration for your own home!

This relaxed and friendly two-hour session is suitable for all abilities. You’ll be guided to create your own pretty felt flowers and leaves using simple techniques. You’ll then arrange and attach your handmade florals to your basket, ready to fill with goodies!

What We’ll Be Making

This will be a relaxed, friendly evening where you’ll learn how to create beautiful felt flowers and leaves using simple slow-stitch techniques—suitable for all abilities. Whether you sew regularly or have never picked up a needle before, Pam will guide you through each step with patience, encouragement, and plenty of expert tips.

You’ll then attach your handmade flowers and leaves to a bamboo woven basket (which is included in the price of the workshop!) creating something truly personal and one-of-a-kind.

Meet Pamela Goddard – A Wonderfully Talented Local Maker

This workshop is led by someone very special—our good friend Pamela Goddard of Cherry Bank Studio. Pam isn’t just talented, she’s an incredibly warm and generous person, and we know you’re going to love her.

Pam has been a qualified teacher for over 10 years, helping hundreds of people to discover the joy of creativity. Before that, she spent a decade working as a fashion designer for some very well-known brands—so she brings a wonderful mix of expertise, creativity, and a love of beautiful details. These days, Pam runs her very own Cherry Bank Studio, offering a wide variety of workshops. To find out more about Pam and Cherry Bank Studio Workshops click [here]

We’re so thrilled to be supporting a real local maker, and we hope you’ll join us in celebrating traditional crafts and in-person experiences. Enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon creating something beautiful while chatting and unwinding in real life with other lovely like-minded people.
